Granada, May 31, 2024 – The Costa Tropical of Granada is consolidating its position as one of the most sought-after destinations in the luxury residential market in Spain. The region, known for its Mediterranean climate, pristine beaches and incomparable natural surroundings, has seen a significant increase in demand, especially in the municipalities of Almuñécar and Salobreña.
According to José Luis Bravo, director of Residential Sales at Savills, property prices in this area have increased by 12% due to growing demand and limited supply. “Almuñécar has become the second most expensive municipality in Granada, after Sierra Nevada, standing out as a preferred enclave for second homes for both national and international buyers,” Bravo points out.
Developer Savills has launched Brightbay, an exclusive set of fourteen luxury beachfront villas in La Herradura, with prices starting at 1.95 million euros. These properties combine design and functionality, offering spacious living rooms, suites with terraces and Jacuzzi, and private pools.
The luxury real estate market on the Costa Tropical is also attracting buyers from countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, the United States and Eastern Europe.
